HRP Mamas Support Group for Mothers of 2 or more young children [EVENING]
This evening weekday support group is for mothers who have two or more young children and who prefer to meet in the evenings.

Connect with other experienced moms and a professional educator to guide and support you through the challenges of parenting multiple children.

Topics will include:

- Sibling adjustment and conflict
- Co-parenting
- Work/Life balance
- Changing roles as family grows
- Managing transitions for older children
- Self care
- Plus ad hoc topics based on the needs of the group participants

Expectant mothers who will be at the end of their third trimester, are welcome to register for this group ahead of their due date.

The group will meet weekly for five weeks.
Limited to eight participants.


Erica Lyon has been teaching pregnancy, postpartum and parenting for 25 years. In the 1990's to the early 2000's she worked at the Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center developing and teaching classes that became a city wide resource. She was the Founder of NYC's first pregnancy and parent education center, Realbirth from 2003-2010 and is the Author of The Big Book of Birth, Penguin 2007. She has her Bachelors of Science in Human Development with a focus in Maternal Child Health and a Master in Public Health. She is the mother of three ages 26, 22 and 10.
