HRP Mamas Invites you to a workshop on:

The Diastasis Dilemma: Pressure and Position in Postpartum Exercise
with Kendall Lynch, PT, DPT, OCS, PMA-CPT

How do I exercise with diastatis recti abdominis (DRA) without making it worse?
Clear up conflicting information for safe and beneficial exercise, including Pilates, during  the
postpartum period.  Come and learn with Dr. Kendall Lynch, physical therapist and Pilates instructor, about the statistics, anatomy and mechanics of postpartum DRA. She will share tips for positioning and pressure management in Pilates-based exercises to facilitate the appropriate muscle activations for a safer postpartum recovery and resolution of DRA in your independent exercise or Pilates classes.

Wear exercise clothes and bring a mat.
Babies are welcome!

PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT - THANK YOU!
