Join other HRP Mamas for a drop-in virtual breastfeeding, lactation, weaning, pumping, and infant feeding support group!
Mamas share questions about their breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, weaning experiences with an International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiner(IBCLC) who helps guide the discussion
Common topics of discussion include:
• Breastfeeding challenges
• 0-3 month feeding patterns
• Pumping
• Weaning
• Preparing to go back to work
• Combining chest-feeding and bottles
Discussion at each group will vary based on the specific needs presented by the participating mamas.
Newcomers are welcome! Expectant Mamas are encouraged to audit these groups to learn about breastfeeding by understanding troubleshooting issues.
